How to you improve a players form

no hard and fast way really keeper was hopeless at best all last season

try to use common sense as a guide (don't players twice a week, at diff positions all the time, etc.) but it is mainly random fluctuations around a certain regions. you'll notice some players that are always in high form, and others like gaz's keeper.
