Just depends on finding a couple of guys planning a tech and pace training program to fight it out!

nice... but i always hate to sell talented players... still debating with myself to sell or not...

he popped to brilliant passing in just 4 weeks (+6 weeks secondary training) and formid PM in 3 weeks (+10 weeks secondary training) as a 21 yr old... no idea how fast the general training takes but guess its not soo fast...

Aren't you going to train pace or tech for a while then? You're better to sell him now than waste time training his high skills even higher.
I don't think he'll worth more if sold at 23 with higher passing/pm but low pace/tech still.

i might train pace and tech the odd week here and there, but not for any sustained amount of time... mostly training passing and pm.

thats why i'm concidering selling at the start of next season... if there was a premium for higher passing and pm, i might concider it, but then i'd likely wait another season to sell, and he'd be 23 with magical passing and outstanding pm... as u say, i don't think i'll get much more... maybe even less... :S
